SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

SHIPPING METHODS:

White Claw offers a variety of shipping methods and the shipping cost is calculated based on the location of the delivery address, shipping speed chosen, the weight of the products you order among other factors. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or prior to shipment. To help ensure proper and efficient delivery of your order, your shipping address must be a street address.


SHIPPING LOCATIONS:

In the United States we deliver to street addresses in  all contiguous 48 states. PO boxes are not accepted. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Palau, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Guam, Micronesia, American Samoa, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

Processing and shipping times are estimates only. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days; however, delays may occur during peak periods, holidays, or high-volume demand.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to monitor the status of your shipment.

If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer support team via the contact us form on our website. Please include your email address, the product purchased and your order number (if available) when submitting your query.

External factors outside of our control – including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, and global events may impact shipping timelines and result in delivery delays. Unexpected factors such as weather, natural events, or global conditions may occasionally impact shipping timelines and delay delivery.
